About these terms

These terms of business apply to all patients attending Brunner Court Dental & Implant Practice, 95 Witton Street, Northwich, Cheshire, CW9 5DR. By booking an appointment or proceeding with treatment at the practice, you agree to these terms.

Treatment plans and fees

Before any treatment begins, we will provide you with a written treatment plan setting out the proposed treatment and the associated costs. We always aim to give you a complete and accurate picture of what is involved and what it will cost before you agree to anything.

Treatment plans are valid for three months from the date of issue. If you have not commenced treatment within that period, the plan will need to be reviewed and costs may be updated to reflect any changes in your clinical situation or our current fee schedule.

Where treatment is underway and unforeseen circumstances make additional procedures necessary, we will always discuss this with you and obtain your consent before carrying out any additional work. We will keep you informed of any cost implications before proceeding.

Payment

We ask that fees are settled before or on the day of treatment. For treatment plans with a total value exceeding £500, we reserve the right to request full or partial payment in advance of the treatment appointment.

We accept the following methods of payment:

• Cash
• Debit cards
• Credit cards (Visa and Mastercard, we do not accept American Express)
• Bank transfer (please ask a member of our reception team for our bank details — all transfers must be received before the day of treatment)

Finance Interest-free finance is available through our finance partner Tabeo for treatments exceeding £500. If you would like to discuss finance options, please speak to a member of our reception team or ask at your consultation. Applicants must be over 18 with a source of income. Brunner Court Dental & Implant Practice is a credit broker, not a lender. Finance is subject to status.

Cancellations and missed appointments

When you book an appointment at Brunner Court, clinical time is reserved exclusively for you. Late cancellations and missed appointments affect our ability to offer that time to other patients who may need urgent care.

We ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment. For more complex treatments requiring extended appointment slots, a longer notice period may apply, this will be set out in your individual treatment plan terms.

If you miss an appointment or cancel with insufficient notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the standard appointment fee will be charged.

If you know in advance that you may need to cancel, please contact us as early as possible. We will always do our best to find an alternative appointment that works for you.

Your responsibility as a patient

To help us provide you with the best possible care, we ask that you:

• Attend appointments on time or let us know in advance if you are running late
• Provide accurate and up-to-date medical and medication history when requested
• Inform us of any changes to your health or medication between appointments
• Follow the aftercare instructions provided by your clinician following treatment
• Contact us promptly if you have any concerns or questions about your treatment

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms of business from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website and at reception. Where changes are material, we will notify patients where we are able to do so.
