Dermal Fillers
Injectable hyaluronic acid fillers used to restore volume, smooth deep lines and enhance facial contours. At Brunner Court, dermal fillers are currently offered for Marionette lines — the lines that run from the corners of the mouth downward — which can create a downturned or drawn appearance that filler can significantly improve.

Your first appointment begins with a thorough consultation. Dimitris will take a full medical history, discuss your concerns and goals and assess the areas you want to treat. He will explain clearly what treatment can and cannot achieve and give an honest recommendation on the most appropriate approach for your specific face and concerns.
Treatment planning and consent
If treatment is appropriate and you decide to proceed, Dimitris will explain exactly what the procedure involves, the products being used, the expected results and the potential side effects. Full written consent is obtained before any treatment begins.
The procedure
Facial aesthetic treatments are typically quick. Anti-wrinkle injections take around fifteen to twenty minutes. Dermal fillers take slightly longer depending on the area being treated. Topical anaesthetic cream is available for patients who are concerned about discomfort, though most patients find the treatments very manageable without it.
Aftercare instructions
Full written aftercare instructions are provided at the end of your appointment. These cover what to avoid in the hours and days following treatment and what to look out for during the settling period.
Review appointment
A review appointment is arranged two weeks after anti-wrinkle treatment to assess the result and carry out any minor top-up if needed. This is standard practice and is included in the treatment.

Dimitris completed his facial aesthetics training through the Dr Hennessy Academy and has been providing anti-wrinkle and filler treatments at the practice since 2021.
